El seu di\u00e0metre oscil\u00b7la entre 1 i 5 mm. Si cauen sobre un terreny dur, reboten i sovint es trenquen.<br>Aquest tipus de precipitaci\u00f3 sovint precedeix o acompanya les nevades ordin\u00e0ries.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En alguns indrets se la coneix amb el nom de <strong>neu rodona<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>calabruix<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 es pot identificar com a <strong>neu granulada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Consells per a l\u2019observaci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En dipositar-se sobre una superf\u00edcie s\u00f2lida, t\u00e9 l\u2019aspecte de boletes de suro blanc que de vegades es trenquen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest fenomen es produeix a l\u2019hivern i a comen\u00e7aments de la primavera en el nostre pa\u00eds.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es pot observar a temperatures de fins a 7\u00ba C a causa de la densitat superior que presenta respecte de la neu, la qual cosa fa que caigui m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament.
